Headhunting
Here we go! An initial meeting is organized with the client in order to clearly identify the position to be filled. We then go hunting to find the most relevant talents to present to you.

Interview process
We meet with each candidate individually. We introduce successful candidates to the client and coordinate interviews. Post-interview follow-up is conducted with all parties involved.

Background check
We validate the references of the selected talent and, if necessary, the criminal record. A psychometric test can be carried out at the request of the client in order to validate the match.

Negotiations support
Throughout the negotiation exchanges, we offer sustained support to both the client and the talent in order to reach a winning agreement for each of the parties involved.
